Re: Jeremy Kyle returns to broadcasting
And a few months later, here we are. I'm surprised that clips from the pulled episode were on ITV News tonight.

Re: The Very Official McDonalds (and other fast food outlets) Thread
Went to my first Jolibees this weekend in Liverpool City Centre. The Chicken tenders are less greasy than KFC, and I think I prefer them. However, their fries are perhaps the weakest I've had at a fast food restaurant.

Re: The Very Official McDonalds (and other fast food outlets) Thread
The only loyalty programme I am part of is my Subcard at Subway (Its not a physical card, its an app), as I only really go to Subway for fast food, but the prices there are pretty stable right now, and they have been alright with offering deals on certain items.

Re: The Technology Thread
Out of curisosity, Metropollers, did anyone get affected by the IT Outage yesterday? Personally, it was quite minimal in terms of impacting my day. The worst was the dot matrix screen at my station was not working, and my online Maccies order went a bit funny. Besides that, felt like it was a bit ov...

Re: There an election this year.....
It wasn't a very surprising result really, as it had been forecast for months anyway - Labour and Lib Dem big winners, Tories and SNP big losers. The only change was that Farage belatedly turned up. At least we didn't get the full thirteen Reform MPs that the exit poll predicted. What next for the ...

Re: There an election this year.....
The collapse of the Tory and SNP vote have really not been surprising, given the turmultuous few years that both parties have had respectively. Not being Scottish, I would be interested to see if Alba played a role in splitting the Nationalist vote, or whether they were a non player in the election.

Re: There an election this year.....
So what did everyone think of that election? I was surprised when the exit poll appear, it proved what I was thinking Labour wouldn't get beyond 1997 result. I have to wonder why So many polls were thinking labour would get 450 and the Tories would get 80 odd seats. Lib dems could have gotten to 80...

Re: Pres Cafe Watch News and Information Board
It’s a shame that some of the most prolific posters on the Forum also happen to be some of the most miserable, isn’t it? There’s rarely a day that goes by that something happens and one of a crowd of three or four doesn’t bemoan how awful it is or make some overdramatic comment. I don’t generally h...

Re: There an election this year.....
Got my postal vote on Friday. I've been affected by the boundary changes, so my village has been split in half, and our MP is based in a town that is further away, part of another borough, and part of another county (Cheshire). Ngl, not a fan of our Labour candidate I'm in a similar position with m...
