So how do wheelchair users get from the ground floor to 1st floor?

This is very interesting thread! I too work in retail and have had similar experiences myself.

I've resurrected this thread because now the smoking age has gone up to 18, has anyone had any problem customers since this? This goes to the thread starter in particular.

It is indeed an appalling logo. Perhaps the worst part is it's hardly any different from the old one, just a different font and fewer boxes. I could have done that on MS Paint in 5 minutes flat. That is supposedly M's major rebrand? Please...

Wonders if the new logo will be in red text with a curvy underline...
