Re: High Street chain collapse sweepstake
HMV.com appears to have closed their online store within the past few days, with the site seemingly now a music news site.

Re: Another High Street Rebrand
I understand that the whole Jersey VAT loophole has been closed, which sort of killed off the cheap CDs and DVDs racket - but I don't understand why Rakuten aren't using the play.com brand for their new streaming service. You know, the one with yer actual Buzz Aldrin in the adverts. And the really ...

Re: The TSB & Lloyds Bank relaunch news and information boar
Only noticed when the new signs were unveiled this morning that the new LLOYDS BANK logo is different to the one that has been used for the past few years. These are the logos that have been used on Lloyds Bank Commercial and Lloyds Bank International, using the same font as the Lloyds Banking Group...

Re: The TSB & Lloyds Bank relaunch news and information boar
The two Lloyds TSB branches in Cardiff Queen Street have had their Lloyds Bank signs revealed, suggesting it's happening today at least in part. Still the old Lloyds TSB logo on the website though.

It'd seem it was intentional, a way of drawing more attention to the ads on the right hand side. Even so, it looks crap.

Re: Facebook Rounded Cornerness
It's not just you, the same is happening to me. Have they set a max-width on the div containing the content, for some reason? God knows why, it looks extremely weird, and presumably (hopefully) wasn't intentional.

Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board
I can now access the site again on TalkTalk. Asa, if you've been reading this thread, thank you! I may only be a lurker, but I've been around these parts almost since the beginning.

Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board
No, you're not the only one. I've had it for the past few days too. A few months ago I read on here that Asa banned a member from Aberystwyth University. Sadly, it seems he banned Aber's IP address, meaning nobody from the Uni's computers can access the site (including myself). Now it'd seem my home...

Re: Yet another Morrisons thread
The website has had a second redesign in (almost) as many months! The previous new one was fresh, clean and very nice. This one, ignoring the fact it's completely unnecessary after so little time, is slightly more cluttered and far less professional. Why the need for another redesign, especially whe...

Re: Yet another Morrisons thread
Speaking of supermarket re-brands, here is the evolution of Marks & Spencer... http://mdta.thetvroom.com/m_s-logos.jpg Sorry Martin, but you'll never see that third variation on any products or signage. The third version, 'MARKS & SPENCER' written in full, is used on the new signage outside...
