Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board

Oh god I’m fed up of people on Facebook with their constant “I’ve said it all along, a second wave is coming”.

Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board

Turns out Sky News is unwatchable because there’s a beige wall in the background. Who knew.

Re: Coronavirus - Strange times

Nice to walk through the city centre this afternoon and see lots of shops have got their POS up ready for reopening on Monday with “we’ve missed you” type messages. Could spot hand sanitising stations inside a few entrances too. H&M, Primark, Burton and River Island all looked good to go. No sign of...

Re: High Street chain collapse sweepstake

I take your point but I feel that Nando’s have invested in the experience a lot more. I just feel that Chiquitos and F&B feel a bit dated. Saying that, I agree on Wagamamas so it’s not across the board.

Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board

It went through a boring patch about transmitters etc that I find incredibly dull, but it’s picked up again with memories being shared about sub-regional splits etc.

Re: High Street chain collapse sweepstake

People hugely underestimate how much money businesses are losing right now. Pretty much the entire hospitality industry has no revenue coming in, but still has rent and bills to pay along with the wages of anyone not furloughed (as all will need some employees still working - those who work the soci...

Each time I see a member of the government stood outside their house clapping away it makes me ridiculously angry.

Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board

I have to admit, I’m almost impressed at the usual suspects trying to derail the Election 2010 thread with posts about US elections, and the NBC / Sky thread with completely unrelated Spanish-language news channel videos.
