We have an idea of what Gordon Brothers plan to do with Poundland.

Reduce physical stores to 650.
Axe online sales.
Perks is also going.
Reducing chilled lines and essentials such as milk.

Are you sure the new card is Mastercard?

AIUI the Mastercard rollout has been stopped and card renewals are being sent with the same symbol as the expiring one. New customers are receiving a mix of Visa and Mastercard, partially dependent on which sort code they're allocated to.

NatWest are finally giving me a Mastercard debit card after I got a notification on the app saying it's being sent shortly. There's still a few months left on the card to go, but they must be updating them for those of us who got Visa issued in 2022 a little bit earlier.

Presume that's the end of Pepco clothing/home lines? In fact I wouldn't be surprised to see the clothing dropped altogether.
