OK, I'm trying to register to post but they introduced a new registration system, I don't have a valid email address and you cannot register to just view posts. If someone on this board is registered on this forum could they please pm me because I would like to view a few posts.

To start streaming or upload a online radio station would you need a license if it was just a chat station and didn't play any music.

Thanks but no success on that matter, I opened up Volume Control,

there were options for Volume Control, Wave, SW Synth, CD Player and PC Speaker, on other computers I've used in the past there was also a "Mic" volume control.

I went to properties and found a choice of options for Playout or ...

On my computer with my microphone plugged in and set up I wish to be able to hear myself when I speak into the microphone like radio and not record and listen so it would be live. If this is possible please reply.
