The mention of in-store music reminds me of M&S going in the other direction, having Status Quo produce "Saving All Over The Store".
It was quite surreal to hear it playing in the shop when I'd seen nothing about the song being produced.

People definitely want change - in all parts of the UK. The question is do they want that change to be to a Labour majority government? I don't think that is a nailed down certainty yet. I wondered what the bookmakers' odds were for a Labour majority at the next election - it's between 1/8 and 1/12...
