For anyone who is interested, have now gone to Orange, who were very helpful. I've never had any problems with O2 in the past, that's why I would rather stay with them. But is there any way to negotiate with O2 and get them to match Orange's deal? I've been with them errm, 5 / 6 years now.

Have always been with O2, and my mother, grandma and girlfriend get free 02 to 02 texts so it makes sense me being on 02.

However, Orange is very tempting.
