Re: Exploring New Fragrances

Lately I’ve been exploring different fragrances and trying to find something that feels unique but still good for daily wear. I’m especially interested in scents that balance freshness with a bit of warmth, something that works in both casual and formal settings.

What fragrances do you recommend ...

Re: Windows 9 is now Windows 10

I can't help but feel that Microsoft's branding of Bing is a bit confused.

On bing.com you've got a corporate Microsoft logo that says Microsoft Bing.

On the search results page you've got the same with the four squares Microsoft logo but ...

Re: The Unofficial Sainsbury's Thread

Just had 500 Nectar points stolen as apparently fraudsters have worked out how the Nectar card numbers work and are able to just give the number out.

If anyone has a lot of Nectar points, please turn on “points lock” in the app to avoid what’s happened to me. I didn’t even know it existed ...

Re: The Unofficial Sainsbury's Thread

Luckily I was sent an email saying thanks for spending points, in a Sainsbury’s I’ve never been to, so at least I was alerted right away. I’m not too bothered about myself, I just want to get the word out to other people.

Re: The Tesco & other non-Morrisons supermarket thread

Sorry I can’t remember/find which thread we discussed the M&S cyber incident but I note that digital receipts have started appearing again in the app - 17th July is the first one since April anyway.

However the click and collect screen in the M&S Simply Food (ok technically now an “M&S Foodhall ...

Re: The Premier Inn and other chain hotels thread

It looks a bit more stylish than the existing design I guess, but does anyone really care what their rooms look like? When I book a Premier Inn it's because I absolutely know what I'm getting - it's a Premier Inn and nothing more, nothing less.

Re: Windows 9 is now Windows 10

I keep trying to use the New Outlook in the fear that one day I will be forced to do so but it just sucks. It's so limited compared to the "Old" Outlook, such as it won't let me set up a Quick Step to move an email to a folder in a shared mailbox. However there's no point because multiple times a ...

Re: With all the recent inflationary price rises, is there stuff you just won’t pay for now?

I'm probably an outlier but, out of the paid streaming services, I only use Prime Video for Clarkson's Farm as part of my Prime subscription, I have a Disney+ sub I rarely use, and I don't use Netflix. However I use YouTube all the time. YouTube Premium is a no-brainer for me.

Have you seen they ...
