Randomly listening to a few stations online last night, I dropped on to Triple J in Australia's breakfast show. I was amazed to hear the DJ introduce a track with the words "this song contains the F word, so you might want to watch out". On Breakfast radio.

I wonder if the word is less offensive ...

There is some kind of pattern emerging here, the only other time I had the featured post on the home page was picking somebody up on a half arsed argument just before they flounced off too.

A bit embarrassing that my slightly grumpy post regarding the capture thing is now pride of place on the front of TVF because it got lots of kudos.

Streetview now accepts user generated 360 degree panoramas, which it stitches together if they are close enough. You're supposed to do the blurring yourself before uploading (via their awful, awful app) but a lot of people don't seem to bother, so I guess there is now more scope to be on there.

I really hope he chooses to return, but at the same time I hope he accepts that people may wish to discuss things that he may not agree with or consider worthy of or appropriate for discussion.

Having also been named in that post, I'm not dignifying it with a response on TVF, although I'm not sure why I've been mentioned when I haven't actually posted in that thread.

Still, I guess TV Forum bore is better than TV Forum banned, which I think that little outburst probably merits.
