Lucozade does actually make me feel more energetic when i'm worn out, i haven't tried the Apple flavour, i only like the Orange and Original flavours, but it actually does give you energy, i think it does it in a sort of time release way, i'm not sure, check http://www.lucozade.com

Why not just enable the Anti spam filter in phpBB's configuration?

It makes users enter a server generated code, thus eliminating spam bots.

I notice you don't have it enabled, this is why you're getting spam bots!
