For some reason Hello Fresh won't stop giving me 55% off deals
Hello Fresh seems to operate as a sort of MLM scheme in some ways. It's very odd and they've probably fucked their own margin with this nonsense.
I've done Gousto now and again but I feel they work better as meals for two. One ...

Sainsburys sending out an email saying that to pay with nectar you now need to use the QR code barcode on the app, or the magswipe on the card.
Collecting can still be done with the other barcode. Assume this is in response to the rampant fraud in spending nectar points

Right I've just removed an entire month of posts from here because they were absolute drivel.
That'll teach me to take three weeks off the forum for the first time in 20 years.
Can I remind everyone this is meant to be a light hearted thread to gently mock daft posts on the other forum. It is not ...

Just had 500 Nectar points stolen as apparently fraudsters have worked out how the Nectar card numbers work and are able to just give the number out.
If anyone has a lot of Nectar points, please turn on “points lock” in the app to avoid what’s happened to me. I didn’t even know it existed ...

I've never actually stayed in a PI (!) but normally the idea is you work in some communal area. Which is okay(ish) until you need to do a call.
I see PI's page on these spaces is quite amusingly out of date...
downstairs is for breakfast and, depending on the brand of restaurant, those sticky ...

Pizza Hut are a mess these days. Their pizzas aren't as nice as dominos, the things that used to make it good for kids are now far too expensive, and the restaurants are tired.
Adult buffet, with drink and ice cream on a weekend, is now £19.99.

That said, I'm not sure they really encourage loyalty now that it's so easy (and often economically sensible) to be a member of many of them.
That's because it's not about loyalty anymore. It's about data mining. They want to know what you're buying so they can build up a profile and sell ...
