remind me, it's the building next to Primark (as viewed from Piccadilly Gardens) that used to be 'Old' Broadcasting House?
No, it's above Natwest on the adjacent side of Piccadilly Gardens (to the right if you're looking at Primark) that used to be Broadcasting House (I think it used to be a ...

Re: The Unofficial Sainsbury's Thread
I was in an Asda the other day which have already installed them over the cigarettes. They were all white with just some rather plain ID realated stuff (by which I mean "you have to be 18 to buy" type things.) Didn't look great to be honest, but I guess they had to come up with a quick solution.

And now he has a web site "looking at Theme tunes, idents and branding of britains TV channels." with absolutely nothing on it.
The best bit is he wants content for it - "if you have any thing that you could add that we don't have on the site, please post below or contact me through the site ...

I don't know about Gav, but I tend to accumulate vast quantities of change and only get rid of it in big batches, so coinstair is both a blessing (convenience) and a curse (so many percent!)

One last point, don't assume we know where you are, so telling us that Fred from your region was on wasn't very helpful. If you write a load of drivel, we won't bother in scrolling back up to read your region.

Re: Door to door broadband?
The joys of living in a gated complex, people struggle to get in, even if we want them to, so havn't had a door to door sales person in the year I've been here. There's not even a buzzer on the gate.
So there are avantages to the stupid set up we have after all, hmmmm.

Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board
I have to say (just to add my less than interesting thoughts on this, and generally reapet what everyone else has already said), I have also recently become increasingly frustrated (there's always usually some degree of it, but I can normally withstand it) with the way the form is at present ...

Re: Another High Street Rebrand
Here's a look mat the logos of the Greater Manchester Councils. Some horrific, some not so horrific.
In the last few years, Trafford council has had a major rebrand from this:
