I’ve forgotten my password, can you tell me it?

No, the passwords are encrypted in the database, however you can use the “I forgot my password” link on the login page which will email you a link to set a new one. If the email we have is not up to date then you’ll have to PM Gav or Hyma on TVF and request a manual reset.

Nobody from Metropol or TVF will ever ask for your password. If someone ever does please forward the message on to us and we’ll deal with it.
